For UK Companies House businesses incorporated within the last 24 months, our standard starting position is a Director’s Personal Guarantee and 2 months of rental paid upfront. The second month is prepaid rent, not a refundable deposit. Your final approval terms are confirmed after review and can be adjusted by DeskStack.
